My career began in the field, not in a recruiting firm. As a former collegiate athlete, I brought the values of perseverance and teamwork into a high-performance sales career, resulting in four Presidents Club honors - two as an Individual Contributor and two as a Sales Manager.
My path wasn't always linear. I struggled in an education system not built for my brain, learning early that I had to work twice as hard as everyone else to stay on the court. Later in life, I faced the ultimate test when the market crash cost me everything I had built. Starting over at 41 taught me that resilience is the most valuable asset a GTM professional can possess.
I am proud of what I have accomplished. Despite the hurdles, I found a way to do what it takes to achieve my dreams. I lead Z & L Solutions with a simple belief: if I can find a way to succeed, you can too.
